Re-spect Real Estate inspections
Home inspections can be something of a concern for new home buyers. We recommend ones that are license and insured.
I have witnessed the work of these inspectors and I am happy to recommend them to my buyers.
Now remember, inspectors will always find something and that is typical because most of what they find and explain are things you should do regularly as a home owner.
If it is something major or irregular, that’s what you need to consider. An example for things to request repair for is having a large hole in the wall or in case of FHA loans a cracked driveway cement. Changing a light bulb is not something to negotiate for.
