When I am with you, I will give you your space, point out issues to you and help you think through the cost, the process and what you need to do after buying the house.

I will make sure to keep you informed and I will not push you to commit to a house you are not 100% sure of. I will even play the devil's advocate for you if you need me to.

I want to make sure once you buy or sell your house you are 1000% happy with your experience and decision.

Our standard buyers commission is 3% and seller is 6% which is the industry average.
